The Farmington Community Library has two locations. This event will be held in the Meeting Room at the FCL Farmington location at 23500 Liberty St., Farmington, MI 48335.

This 8-week meditation series is designed to help you cultivate mindfulness in a welcoming, community-focused setting. With practical techniques like breath focus, mindful movement, and self-reflection, this program empowers participants to develop a sustainable meditation practice and reduce stress.
Week 5: Mindful Eating
Session Focus: Practice mindful eating to fully experience and appreciate food, fostering a deeper connection with your eating habits.
