This 8-week meditation series is designed to help you cultivate mindfulness in a welcoming, community-focused setting. With practical techniques like breath focus, mindful movement, and self-reflection, this program empowers participants to develop a sustainable meditation practice and reduce stress.

Session Focus: Cultivate kindness toward yourself through mindfulness practices, recognizing and embracing your own struggles with warmth and understanding.
