Located on our second floor, Conference Room A is approximately 15'x27'. This space is modular and can be set up multiple ways to fit your group's needs.
Effective July 1, 2024, FCL will no longer be charging fees to reserve the meeting rooms.
Equipment
Conference Room A is equipped with a ClickShare TV for screen sharing. A wireless AV USB dongle is provided to cast to the TV.
Seating
36 chairs facing the front of the room is the maximum amount of chairs that will fit in the space, however it is very tight. If your meeting will require all 36 chairs, it is recommended to come into the library and look at the space before reserving to make sure it will fit your needs.
If you are looking to have tables and chairs in this space using the Boardroom or Classroom Style setup, the maximum amount of chairs we can provide is 21.
