The Farmington Community Library has two locations. This event will be held in the Auditorium at our FCL Farmington Hills location at 32737 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills, MI, 48334. 

Registration is required.

Many older adults want to remain in their homes as they age, which requires careful planning and consideration. Senior Real Estate Specialists and licensed realtors Natalka Cap R.N. and Yolanda Smith Charles will explain how older adults can successfully and safely remain in their home. Topics covered include planning ahead for aging in place, how to make your home safe and accessible, and professional services when eventually transitioning from your home. Handouts and brochures about aging in place will be provided. Participating speakers include Realtor Forrest Tackett, retired nationally certified home inspector and realtor.
