Meeting Room Availability

Select how you would like to view meeting room availability. You may view availability by selecting a specific room or by viewing availability for all rooms on a specific day.

 

 

Reservation Availability

The reservation calendar is currently open for reservations through June 30, 2026. 

Beginning April 2, 2026, the reservation calendar will operate on a rolling 90-day window, and all new reservations will end no later than 30 minutes prior to the Library’s closing time. Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance.

 

Who May Reserve a Meeting Room

FCL cardholders who are 18 years of age or older may reserve a group meeting space at either FCL location. Community organizations, groups, and businesses are welcome to reserve rooms as long as the reservation is made by a cardholding representative of the group. Each cardholder and group may make up to twelve reservations per calendar year.

 

Requirements to Reserve a Meeting Room 

To reserve a meeting room, you must: 

  • Be at least 18 years old 
  • Have a current (not expired) FCL card 
  • Meet the minimum occupancy requirement (Auditorium: 25 people; all other rooms: 7 people) 
  • Agree to the terms and conditions of the FCL Meeting Room Policy

The following "Agree to" and "Not allowed" items summarize the primary terms of the FCL Meeting Room Policy. To submit a reservation request, you must agree to these policy terms.

Agree to 

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the FCL Meeting Room Policy 
  • Be present for the duration of the meeting or event 
  • Keep the meeting or event open to the public 
  • Allow FCL to provide your contact phone number to the public upon request 
  • Leave the room in the same condition in which it was found 
  • Include adequate setup and cleanup time within your reservation period. Your start time is when you may enter the room, and your end time is when you must vacate the room. 
  • Provide at least three days' notice if cancelling a reservation 

Not allowed 

  • Private functions such as birthday parties, wedding showers, or baby showers 
  • Selling admission, tickets, raffles, or products 
  • Fundraising or soliciting donations 
  • Placing tables, chairs, or signage in hallways or outside the meeting room 
  • Affixing decorations, signs, or other materials to walls, doors, or windows 
  • Distributing literature, brochures, or other materials outside of the meeting room 
  • Campaign signs 
  • Campaigning activities such as phone banking or mailing preparation 
  • Leaving printed materials on Library property without prior approval 
  • Excessive noise that disrupts Library services or other patrons 
  • Smoking or open flames, including candles, incense, matches, or Sterno 
  • Use of tobacco, marijuana, alcohol, or the illicit use of controlled substances
