Reserve a Room

Community organizations, groups, and businesses in the cities of Farmington and Farmington Hills are eligible to rent the meeting rooms for a fee at both FCL locations. Please review our Meeting Room Policy before requesting a room reservation. Meetings held in the meeting rooms must be open to the general public and you cannot charge for attendance. We are unable to accommodate the request for private parties. The individual requesting the room rental must have a valid FCL Card and be at least 18 years of age.

Exciting news! The FCL Board of Trustees voted to waive rental fees for meeting rooms beginning July 1, 2024.

If you are reserving a meeting room for use on or after July 1, 2024, you will not be charged a fee. Fees for renting the Library's meeting rooms will remain in place through the end of the Library’s fiscal year on June 30, 2024.

Because our payment system will remain in place until June 30, you will still see a fee calculated for your room rental even if you are reserving the room for a date after July 1. Our admin team will wave that fee when approving your room reservation.
