Community organizations, groups, and businesses in the cities of Farmington and Farmington Hills are eligible to reserve the meeting rooms at both FCL locations. Please review our Meeting Room Policy before requesting a room reservation. Meetings held in the meeting rooms must be open to the general public and you cannot charge for attendance. We are unable to accommodate the request for private parties. The individual requesting the room rental must have a valid FCL Card and be at least 18 years of age.
Exciting news! The FCL Board of Trustees voted to waive rental fees for meeting rooms beginning July 1, 2024. There is no longer a cost to reserve a meeting room at the Library.
