Registration Required

The Hands-On program at FCL is a technology-oriented lesson that occurs monthly in the Computer Lab at our Farmington Hills location. Hands-On is a beginner-friendly course with participation encouraged, but not required. We will be using the computers in the Lab, so no device necessary. Bring your questions!

Microsoft Excel is one of the most powerful applications available today for working with data on your computer. Using a digital spreadsheet, users can track their golf scores over time, maintain a history of donations, and manage an address book, and that’s exactly what we will do too in this program! Stop in for this hands-on Excel workshop where we'll cover stylizing our sheets, using functions, referencing cells and more, all while making a simple budget spreadsheet! This is a beginner-friendly course with minimal Excel experience required, however patrons should be comfortable using a mouse and keyboard, as well as possessing a basic understanding of Windows 10.
