This program will be held in the Computer Lab of FCL-Farmington Hills located at: 32737 W. 12 Mile Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48334

From paying taxes, to corresponding with businesses, to keeping in touch with family on social media, all is done within the window of an Internet Browser. Browsers like Chrome, Safari, and Edge allow us to get online and visit web pages, but their interfaces and tools can often get confusing. Join us for this Hands-On Digital Literacy program and learn the ins-and-outs of what makes up a web browser. We’ll get familiar with typing in URLS, managing tabs, saving bookmarks, and learn some tricks along the way! This is a beginner-friendly program with minimal experience with web browsers required. We will be using the computers in the lab. Bring your questions!

This program is part 2 of a three-part series on Digital Literacy. No part 1 attendance is required to enjoy this program! Part 3 will be held Monday, August 12th, at 7pm.
