The Hands-On program at FCL is a technology-oriented lesson that occurs monthly in the Computer Lab at our Farmington Hills location. Hands-On is a beginner-friendly course with participation encouraged, but not required. We will be using the computers in the Lab, so no device necessary. Bring your questions!

Using a "Search Engine” like Google can be a very rewarding experience if you know where to begin! From checking sports scores to applying to jobs, the search engine is often our first destination when going online, but how exactly do we use one? Join us for this hands-on digital literacy program on searching the web and learn how keywords work, how to determine legitimate results from ads, and how to save our search results so we can find them again.
