Event Details
Mental health is an essential part of our general well-being, but it can be difficult to ask for help and to know how to find it. Dr. Johanna Buzolits, Jasmine Perin, and Renelle Lamey from the Michigan School of Psychology will provide you with an introduction to recognizing the signs of anxiety and depression and guide you through a series of self-care exercises that you can practice at home when you are feeling stressed or anxious.
