Event Details

Reg Pettibone is a full blooded Native American from the Ho-Chunk Nation, Wisconsin. With his traditional upbringing Reg, a champion pow-wow dancer both educates and entertains the audience through narration and dance, which gives the audience a true and better understanding of Native culture.

Presented by the Farmington Friends of the Library and SOAR Lifelong Learning Institute. This event is supported by Michigan Humanities.

The 2023–24 Great Michigan Read is presented by Michigan Humanities and supported by national, statewide, and local partners, including the National Endowment for the Humanities, The Meijer Foundation, Library of Michigan, Image Creative Group, BiblioBoard, and Michigan Radio Reads.
