Write On! Poetry Slam (Grades K-5)

Celebrate National Poetry Month and join us for an afternoon celebrating Farmington's budding wordsmiths! At the Write On! Poetry slam, your child will have the opportunity to share original poetry on any topic in a creative, supportive environment. Performing poetry is a great way for your young poet to find their confidence in sharing creative work and develop public speaking skills early. This event is in partnership with L. Bouguettaya, Senior International Baccalaureate student at Farmington High School.

Performing at Write On! is open to K-5 students and registration is required for a slot. Sign up HERE for a slot.
