Reserving this Room

Room reservations must be at least an hour long. If you try to request a reservation for less than an hour, you will receive an error from our calendar system asking you to increase the length of your reservation request. Please account for any time you may need for set up and clean up in your time requested. You must be out of the requested room by the end of your reservation period.

Please note that the meeting rooms are available to non-profit organized cultural, educational, political (only elected representatives may rent a room) civic groups, and businesses in the Cities of Farmington and Farmington Hills provided their meetings are open to the general public.

We are unable to accommodate the request for private parties.

Admission fees, materials fees or donations may not be requested for attendance at programs in order to be equitable to all who attend. Sale of merchandise is not allowed in the Library.

Food or Drink Requirements

Groups renting a meeting room/kitchen are expected to leave the room in the same state of cleanliness as it was found. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of $100.

We do not have a microwave or coffee urns to provide. Only utilities available are a sink and a full sized refrigerator, along with plenty of counterspace.
