The Farmington Community Library has two locations. This event will be held in the Computer Lab at the FCL Farmington Hills location at 32737 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills, MI, 48334.

The Hands-On program at FCL is a technology-oriented lesson that occurs monthly in the Computer Lab at our Farmington Hills location. Hands-On is a beginner-friendly course with participation encouraged, but not required. We will be using the computers in the Lab, so no device necessary. Bring your questions! 

Join us for an engaging introduction to the world of artificial intelligence—its capabilities, common misconceptions, and practical ways to use it effectively on your computer or device to learn, create, and get things done. We’ll focus primarily on ChatGPT, though the concepts apply to all AI models. This is a beginner-friendly session that requires no prior knowledge of AI or computing, though participants should be comfortable using a mouse and keyboard in Windows 11. Bring your curiosity and questions!
