Library events are always free to the public and you do not need a library card to attend!
The Farmington Community Library has two locations. This event will be held in the Computer Lab at the FCL Farmington Hills location at 32737 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills, MI, 48334.
The Hands-On program at FCL is a technology-oriented lesson that occurs monthly in the Computer Lab at our Farmington Hills location. Hands-On is a beginner-friendly course with participation encouraged, but not required. We will be using the computers in the Lab, so no device necessary. Bring your questions!

As part of the emerging world of AI technology, ChatGPT has caught the attention of businesses and the public alike with its range of uses, features, and concerns. But how does it work, and how can we use it? Come join us for an introductory course on ChatGPT and take a closer look at the world of artificial intelligence, chatbots, and how to work with them effectively on your PC or device to help complete your tasks, learn, and have fun. This program is an introductory-level lesson, and assumes no prior knowledge on AI or computing, however patrons should feel comfortable using a mouse and keyboard and navigating files and folders in Windows 10.
